I provide one-to-one counseling in my office where I can help you learn to manage your symptoms that may include depression, anger, sadness, anxiety or fear. I can help with many issues including trauma, eating disorders and relationships changes. As we begin to work together I will help you develop new coping skills to manage your symptoms. I will also focus on the gentle processing of trauma including relaxation techniques. I also can assist with issues related to gender identity, LGBT issues and substance abuse.
